of Anchorage, you can enjoy excellent
downhill skiing, cross country skiing,
snowshoeing, or relax in the
fitness center and spa of your four
star hotel. After a scenic railroad
ride that borders Denali Park, you will stay at another
Alaskan resort, Chena Hot Springs
Resort. The mineral spring area, hot
tubs and a warm indoor swimming pool
of the resort provide a relaxing
environment. Besides healing
waters, the resort offers great Aurora
Borealis viewing during clear nights.

schedule, the tour should start
on a Tuesday if you would like to

Arrival;
Upon arrival in
Anchorage
your private coach will pick you up
and
transfer you and your luggage from the
airport to the hotel. Overnight

Anchorage
to Girdwood;
This morning,
travel on
one of the most beautiful highway
sections in
Alaska,
along Turnagain Arm to Girdwood.
After your check in at a hotel, explore the area
and try one of the many restaurants. Overnight

Day 3
Alyeska
Resort; Spend your day enjoying
diverse terrain and unparalleled
views. Alyeska receives an annual
snowfall of 782 inches! The mountain
is sure to please all: un-groomed
double black diamond runs for the
advances skiers and riders, big
mountain carving in wide mountain
bowls for the intermediate, and well
groomed trails and tree runs for the
beginner. For those
not interested in downhill skiing/snow
boarding, there is snow shoeing, cross country skiing,
and other alternate activities. After a day
spent on the slopes clients can relax in the
fitness center's whirlpool, sauna, or
schedule a session with the massage
therapists.

Alyeska Resort to Anchorage; Enjoy
another full-day lift ticket pass before
checking out of your hotel and
returning to Anchorage in the evening.

Day 5
Anchorage
to
Fairbanks;
In the morning, transfer to the Anchorage
train station. Here
you will board the famous Alaska
Railroad at 8:15am and travel through
Alaska's
stunning
winter landscape to
Alaska's
second
largest city,
Fairbanks. Your
train ride will be accompanied by
spectacular views of the
Alaska Range
and
Mt.
McKinley
(weather dependent). You
will arrive in Fairbanks at 8:15pm. Overnight

Fairbanks to Chena
Hot Springs;
Transfer from your hotel in
Fairbanks
to Chena
Hot Springs Resort
After you check in to your room,
explore the resort and soak in the
hot springs.
Chena Hot Springs is geographically
well-positioned for Aurora Borealis
viewing. In the evening, enjoy an
included aurora viewing tour on heated
snow cats. Overnight Chena Hot Springs
Resort.

7 Chena Hot Springs;
Today enjoy one of the outdoor winter
activities the resort has to offer
such as dog sledding, snowshoeing, and
sleigh rides.

Day 8 Chena Hot
Springs to Fairbanks - Departure;
Return to
Fairbanks in time to catch your
departure flight
to Anchorage. The rest of the
day is free to explore Anchorage's
many sites and shops and find some
quality souvenirs. Overnight

Day 9 Departure;
Depart Alaska's winter
wonderland with a new appreciation for
the beauty of Alaska during the winter
months.
